Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, targeting both emerging and well-established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategy and broaden Grail’s talent roster.

• Work independently and remotely within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency with major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage your own initiatives.

• Eagerness to hustle and accomplish tasks effectively.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencer work, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
