Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the growth of creators by managing influencer portfolios and assisting talent in expanding their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, catering to both emerging and established influencers.

• Engage in negotiations with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies tailored for clients.

• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand the talent roster.

• Oversee creator careers, focusing on audience growth and content monetization.

• Operate independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and pursue personal goals.

• Dedication to hard work and completing tasks effectively.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencing, sales, or marketing agencies is a plus.
