• Oversee and expand influencer portfolios, assisting creators in enhancing their platform visibility and obtaining brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, with a focus on both emerging and established influencers.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with brands and agencies to secure talent for marketing campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Create content strategies tailored for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies and grow Grail Talent’s roster.

• Operate independently and remotely in a lively, fast-paced setting.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage your own initiatives.
