This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You convert D2C strategies into specific creator objectives tailored by market and category β ensuring they are clear and actionable for the Influencer Marketing team to implement right away.
β’ You conduct thorough analyses of performance metrics: identifying which creators are gaining traction, which markets are lagging compared to their potential, and which categories are not being fully leveraged. You possess the insights and their implications.
β’ You maintain a strategic cadence: conducting reviews with the Influencer Marketing team, engaging sessions with leading creators, and coordinating with international markets. Each interaction leads to decisions rather than mere status updates.
β’ You proactively identify risks: whether it's an over-reliance on certain creators, an uneven category distribution, or markets that are losing focus. You highlight these issues and initiate corrective actions.
β’ You contribute to the development of our creator platform: creating tools, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that elevate our team and creators to a cutting-edge standard.
β’ 4β6 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, or D2C, ideally with a background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or creator/influencer marketing.
β’ You possess strong analytical and commercial thinking skills. Excel is your go-to tool β you create analyses, not just reports.
β’ You can distill complex data into straightforward recommendations and present them confidently to senior stakeholders.
β’ You are well-versed in social media trends and dynamics. You actively engage with platforms like Instagram and TikTok, staying informed about creator interactions daily.
β’ You thrive in operational settings: establishing structures, rhythms, and frameworks. You are more than just a strategist β you are someone who ensures processes are effective.
β’ You excel in managing stakeholder relationships. You can provide constructive challenges without creating friction, serving as a central voice for the Influencer Marketing team.
