Creator Growth & Insights Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You convert D2C strategy into specific creator objectives categorized by market—detailed enough for the Influencer Marketing team to engage effectively.

• You analyze performance thoroughly: identifying which creators are thriving, which markets are lagging compared to their potential, and which categories remain under-activated. You possess insights and the necessary follow-up actions.

• You maintain a strategic rhythm: conducting reviews with the Influencer Marketing team, organizing sessions with key creators, and ensuring alignment with international markets. Every interaction drives decisions rather than mere status updates.

• You proactively identify risks: reliance on specific creators, an uneven category distribution, or markets that are losing momentum. You highlight these concerns and take appropriate measures.

• You contribute to the development of our creator platform: implementing tools, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that elevate our team and creators to a state-of-the-art standard.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or D2C, preferably with a background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or creator marketing.

• You possess analytical and commercial thinking skills. Excel is your go-to tool—you create analyses rather than just reports.

• You simplify complex data into actionable recommendations and confidently support them, especially when addressing senior stakeholders.

• You are well-versed in social media trends and stay updated. You invest considerable time on Instagram and TikTok and are attuned to daily creator dynamics.

• You thrive in a hands-on environment: constructing structures, rhythms, and frameworks. You are not solely a strategist but someone who brings ideas to fruition.

• You excel in relationship management, able to constructively challenge without alienating others—serving as a key voice for the Influencer Marketing team.

• Proficient in both German and English.
