This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

• Retrieve and download curated client photo galleries.

• Create photo albums utilizing Pixellu Smart Albums.

• Implement pre-set templates and layouts.

• Categorize images by event segments (ceremony, reception, portraits, etc.).

• Export and finalize album files with precision.

• Upload finished albums to printing or ordering platforms.

• Adhere to detailed production workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare album orders following training and approval.

• Submit designs to production partners.

• Perform quality assurance checks prior to final submission.

• Assist with scheduling and posting on social media.

• Make basic updates to websites (e.g., Showit or similar platforms).

• Provide support for small creative or administrative marketing tasks.

• Follow established workflows and checklists diligently.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency throughout all tasks.

• Engage in proactive communication with clients.

• Adapt to new tools and processes as required.

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a Creative Support role.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to structured processes.

• Proficient with digital tools, file systems, and online platforms.

• Well-organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

• Eagerness to learn new tools and software.

• Familiarity with Pixellu Smart Albums or equivalent design software.

• Background in photography, creative services, or visual workflows.

• Knowledge of website builders (Showit is preferred).

• Experience in supporting small businesses or solo entrepreneurs.
