• Extensive background in growth marketing with an emphasis on creative strategy across both paid and organic social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• A strong eye for platform-specific creative designs and frameworks that facilitate testing, learning, and scaling.
• Proficient in utilizing performance dashboards, data tools, and measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and attribution.
• Authentic, in-depth understanding of the German market and fluency in both German and English — knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Significant experience in briefing and refining creative work in cross-functional sprints.
• A growth-oriented mindset that is analytical, inquisitive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
