This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and uphold a unified creative strategy throughout the complete customer journey, encompassing awareness advertisements, landing pages, app store visibility, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with Social, SEM, and other paid channel leaders to shape creative strategy, provide asset briefs, and influence the agenda for creative testing.
• Establish and sustain a structured framework for creative testing in collaboration with channel leaders—formulating hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, synthesizing outcomes, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Impact and support the testing roadmap for landing pages, app screens, and app-start processes—developing creative hypotheses and working with Growth and Product teams on performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Onboarding and Product teams to gain insights into post-install performance and relay findings back into the upstream creative strategy—this role influences rather than controls lifecycle and onboarding.
• Recognize creative opportunities across Social, SEM, PMax, Demand Gen, Apple Search Ads, and emerging paid channels—providing channel leads with well-developed creative perspectives to act upon.
• Act as the creative strategy collaborator across Growth, Brand, Product, and agency teams—bringing stakeholders together around a common creative vision.
• Proactively incorporate both internal and external AI resources into creative workflows to significantly enhance output efficiency and quality.
• Over 8 years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or a combined performance/brand role—preferably within a consumer fintech or DTC app.
• In-depth knowledge of how creative influences performance across paid channels and the ability to connect creative signals to downstream metrics such as activation and retention.
• Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing channel owners—you excel in leading through collaboration rather than solely relying on authority.
• Comfortable managing a test-and-learn agenda—designing experiments, interpreting results, and building a compelling creative case for subsequent actions.
• Strong analytical mindset complemented by authentic creative instincts.
• Exceptional cross-functional communicator capable of aligning brand, growth, and product teams around a unified creative direction.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows and a genuine curiosity to explore further innovations.
