Creative Strategist, Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement creative strategies, design, and marketing systems.

• Assist in the development and execution of innovative concepts for email campaigns (Klaviyo) and paid social media (Facebook/Instagram ads).

• Produce exceptional, on-brand designs in Figma for both email and paid social media.

• Maintain a high visual standard across all creative outputs, including art direction, layout, hierarchy, typography, and spacing.

• Continuously introduce fresh angles, hooks, and concepts.

• Rapidly iterate on designs based on performance metrics and feedback.

• Construct emails using Klaviyo.

• Utilize AI tools to generate and enhance creative ideas, expedite design, copywriting, research, and optimize internal workflows.

• Keep organized, structured systems across Google Suite (Sheets, Docs), Asana or Notion, and creative files (Figma) as well as Dropbox.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient or quick to gain proficiency in Figma.

• Proficient or quick to gain proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).

• Proficient or quick to gain proficiency in Asana/Notion.

• Proficient or quick to gain proficiency in AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Higgsfield, etc.).

• Bonus: Experience in ad creatives or email marketing (Klaviyo).

• Strong command of English (you will operate entirely in English).

• Excellent design sensibility (art direction, layout, typography, hierarchy, visual clarity).

• Capability to translate concepts into clear, impactful creative work.

• Naturally highly organized.
