This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Innovative Strategy & Implementation
• Oversee the creative process across static, dynamic, video, and emerging formats for performance marketing and brand visibility initiatives
• Cultivate an in-depth comprehension of our product, audience, and the elements that make creative content resonate beyond aesthetics
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Product, etc.) and external agencies/vendors to brief, review, and refine assets. You maintain high standards at every phase
• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows — research, ideation, scripting, competitive analysis, data dashboards — while ensuring the final output is crafted by real professionals.
• Be the creative collaborator that everyone values in discussions: opinionated, cooperative, and grounded in data-driven insights.
• Performance & Optimization
• Track creative performance, evaluate results, and adapt swiftly to refine creative strategies
• Develop and sustain a testing calendar and creative playbook that scales effectively, ensuring the team avoids reinventing the wheel monthly
• Own a reporting framework that transparently highlights successes, shortcomings, and actionable next steps
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with our ASO team to assess new creative, review store content, and establish a steady flow of experiments for app store placements
• Partner with our Social and Content teams to share and enhance ideas. You'll experiment with what performs organically in paid media, and vice versa
• Stay informed about platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to ensure we stay at the forefront of the industry
• 2 - 3+ years of experience in managing creative strategy and performance optimization/testing at scale - preferably for a mid-to-large consumer brand or agency
• Practical experience with paid channels (Meta, Google UAC/App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, or similar) and a solid understanding of how creative influences performance within each
• Knowledge of ASO and the mechanics of experimentation in that domain (store screenshots, feature graphics, preview video, etc.)
• Equally creative and analytical. You can discern effective strategies and the reasons behind their success, then scale them.
• An effective communicator capable of aligning external partners, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders while maintaining momentum
• Highly organized to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, resourceful enough to act swiftly when needed
• Comfortable utilizing AI to streamline workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot)
• A true enthusiast of this craft. You possess grand ideas, and that enthusiasm shines through in Slack and Zoom interactions.
