This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and direct the Creative Strategy department
• Eventually facilitate weekly meetings focused on creativity and performance
• Evaluate insights with the team regarding:
• - what is effective
• - what is ineffective
• - areas for enhancement
• Collaborate closely with:
• - the CEO
• - media buying agencies
• - creative agencies
• - editors
• - creators
• - strategists
• Establish creative systems, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and testing frameworks for the client
• Educate and guide creative strategists
• Develop and evaluate:
• - hooks
• - concepts
• - scripts
• - user-generated content (UGC) ideas
• - AI-based concepts
• - static concepts
• - performance angles
• Assess competitors and other successful brands to discover opportunities and effective trends that can be adapted for our product
• Inject initiative, leadership, structure, and creativity into the organization
• Experience working with successful direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce brands
• Profound understanding of direct response advertising
• Knowledge of scaling brands through creative strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to teach and articulate ideas clearly to team members
• Ambitious and focused on growth
• Strong initiative and creative thinking
• Comprehension of brand identity and customer psychology
• Skill in merging data with creativity
