• Take ownership and enhance creative products throughout the entire client portfolio.
• Monitor trends on Meta and TikTok to establish effective best practices.
• Improve the team's skills in diagnosing underperformance and crafting engaging narratives.
• Ensure alignment of creative strategy with talent and onboarding processes.
• Over 7 years of experience in performance creative, predominantly within an agency setting managing multiple clients.
• Demonstrated impact on revenue through improved conversion rates and growth trends.
• Proficient understanding of direct response creative principles.
• Strong insights regarding ad performance on Meta and TikTok.
• Experience in mentoring team members and managing high-pressure client accounts.
