This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of the complete creative process across the full portfolio and all markets.
• Perform audience research by market and create personas tailored to each product and market.
• Establish angle matrices and prioritize creative hypotheses for testing.
• Conduct international competitive analysis and pinpoint emerging formats.
• Source and cast UGC creators and actors in all targeted languages.
• Compose culturally adapted briefs and negotiate rates, volumes, usage rights, and licenses.
• Select and brief creative studios and vendors, while building a regional network.
• Prepare execution briefs for in-house editing teams.
• Make decisions regarding in-house editing, UGC, and studios based on cost, timeline, language, and strategic significance.
• Oversee the weekly production schedule, pipeline, production budget, and asset management.
• Collaborate directly with media buyers from Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Ensure production aligns with testing cycles and anticipate creative fatigue.
• Define the creative testing framework and evaluate performance across various platforms and in PostHog.
• Repurpose successful creatives, share insights across markets, and phase out underperforming content.
• Create a learning library that is easily accessible for the team.
• Leverage AI to enhance research, generate variations, localize, dub, subtitle, and create test assets.
• Streamline creative reporting processes.
• Join the Growth & Acquisition team and report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative strategy for paid social with substantial budgets (six figures monthly) in a direct-response setting.
• Demonstrated international experience across various markets and cultures.
• Proven experience in building and managing a production network, which includes UGC sourcing, studio briefing, and vendor management.
• Experience in subscription SaaS or app subscription is preferred.
• An agency background is a significant advantage.
• Ability to review Meta, TikTok, and Demand Gen accounts from a creative standpoint and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Experience in developing an angle matrix and testing framework.
• Strong skills in brief and script writing.
• Advanced daily use of AI in creative production for research, scripts, variations, localization, dubbing, and test assets.
• Proficiency in UGC usage rights and contracting.
• Experience in managing a production budget with a focus on cost per creative.
• Capacity to work independently with analytics and interpret PostHog data.
• Native or fluent in French.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and capable of defending a creative perspective with data.
• Ability to produce content in a language you do not speak using a robust quality control process.
• Newly created role: you will establish the function rather than take over an existing setup.
