• Creative Strategists serve as the visionary leaders within the organization.
• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to develop, plan, and execute strategic visions.
• Responsible for ensuring a consistent visual and thematic style across projects and campaigns.
• Guarantee high-performance levels for client content.
• Engage in strategic discussions whenever modifications are required.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Provide expert insights on strategic adjustments.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions effectively.
• Oversee budget management.
• Supervise creative decision-making processes.
• Produce high-quality projects.
• Enhance client retention rates.
• Boost client performance metrics (such as video views, follower growth, and monetization).
• Maintain efficient communication with clients (offering frequent updates and a 1-hour response time during business hours).
• Ensure proper execution of contracts.
• Become proficient in the client's Viral Video Blueprint.
• Develop expertise in creating and recognizing viral video content.
• Formulate customized content strategies for new clients and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Support the creative team by generating content when necessary.
• Draft client briefs to align the internal team with the client's vision.
• Generate innovative ideas to boost client performance.
• Lead by example to cultivate a culture of dedication.
• Ensure the creative team has the necessary resources to realize the client's vision.
• Review, edit, and mentor the content produced by the team.
• Stay updated on trends and AI tools to enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and fulfill client expectations.
• Respond swiftly to client inquiries (with a maximum response time of 1 hour during business hours).
• Solicit feedback from managers and clients, applying it to enhance performance.
• Availability from 9am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday to Friday, for meetings and Slack/text communication.
• Assist the Project Manager in assigning tasks to video editors.
• Participate in meetings with clients, the creative team, social media management team, and ad buyers to ensure alignment.
• Review, edit, and create content as necessary for clients.
• Attend virtual video shoots when required.
• Generate ideas and create shot lists for clients.
• Analyze client reports and adjust strategies as needed.
