This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Spearhead creative kickoff meetings for all significant projects, taking ownership of the brief, aligning expectations, and establishing a robust creative direction from the outset.
• Oversee daily digital ad production within our pod structure, ensuring smooth execution across new assets, iterations, and multi-format resizes and variations.
• Continuously assess and enhance creative workflows by pinpointing inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and refining briefs, templates, and tool configurations to boost team velocity and output quality.
• Advocate for AI solutions to improve project delivery—actively experiment with emerging technologies and translate insights into actionable enhancements that elevate team performance.
• Research, test, and implement new tools, ranging from project management platforms to automation solutions that enhance team capabilities.
• Establish and maintain asset operations, including Notion and Airtable tickets, version tracking, and the architecture of Dropbox folders.
• Scale ad production pipelines while navigating changes in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
• Ensure quality control and asset integrity—verifying correct uploads, naming conventions, and programming queue assignments to guarantee flawless delivery.
• Produce high-performance marketing ads under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with legal teams to submit assets for review and monitor approval status.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, including on-time and complete delivery, revision times, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop playbooks and standards that document insights and enhance the overall creative operation.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative setting.
• A natural collaborator who excels in cross-functional teams, adept at consolidating conflicting feedback and aligning stakeholders without losing momentum.
• Open to innovation and continuous learning; interested in exploring how AI can enhance project delivery, timelines, and team collaboration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong instinct for quality assurance, naming conventions, and asset management.
• Proficient in project management tools (such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana).
• Remains calm under deadline pressure, possessing strong risk management and communication skills.
• Strategically minded beyond mere task execution—proactively identifying opportunities to work more efficiently and enhance team collaboration.
