Creative Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and shortlist top-tier creative professionals (editors, designers, strategists, UGC creators, etc.)

• Conduct introductory calls to evaluate skill sets, cultural compatibility, and communication abilities

• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and forthcoming project requirements

• Collaborate closely with Creative Leadership to pinpoint talent shortages and establish hiring priorities

• Hold briefing discussions with prospective talent to effectively communicate project deliverables, set expectations, and align on creative objectives to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent output that enhances performance

• Oversee and refine the entire talent acquisition process, from outreach to onboarding

• Utilize spreadsheets to organize and monitor talent pools

• Conduct quality control and quality assurance on submitted content to confirm it adheres to brand guidelines, creative benchmarks, and campaign goals before final delivery

• Remain informed about trends in the creative industry and talent benchmarks

• Guarantee a seamless and professional experience for all prospective candidates

• Leverage platforms such as Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, and other sourcing tools to locate high-quality talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Project Manager, Talent Manager, Creative Recruiter, or similar positions

• Demonstrated success in identifying and recruiting top creative talent

• Comfortable and confident when communicating with candidates over the phone

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Experience collaborating with creative teams

• Capability to evaluate soft skills, cultural fit, and creative potential

• Familiarity with creative portfolios, reels, and case studies

• Knowledge of sourcing platforms including Casting Networks, Billo, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
