Creative Producer / Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initial briefing and creative development through to pre-production, shooting, post-production, and final delivery.

• Coordinate with production partners, directors, photographers, editors, post-production facilities, and other external vendors.

• Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and approvals effectively.

• Assist the Founder and Client Partner in the daily management of the account.

• Handle client communications, meetings, status updates, and follow-ups as necessary.

• Keep projects organized to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

• Proactively identify potential problems, dependencies, and next steps before they escalate into issues.

• Take initiative on tasks and drive them forward without requiring prompts.

• Maintain exceptionally high standards in written communication, presentations, and client-facing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Extensive experience in delivering creative production for global brands and clients.

• Preferably, experience in a creative agency, production company, or a similar setting.

• Knowledge of large, multi-market campaigns.

• Strong grasp of pre-production, shoots, post-production, asset delivery, and production processes.

• Comfortable working with senior clients; must be confident, professional, and solutions-oriented.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills, including spelling and grammar.

• Ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Capable of working independently and taking full ownership of tasks.

• Proactive, determined, highly organized, and detail-focused.
