• The Creative Manager is instrumental in bringing the Hawthorne brand to life across our diverse portfolio.
• This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing initiatives while also actively participating in design and content creation.
• It is essential that projects are delivered punctually, align with the brand, and reflect Hawthorne’s mission.
• From conceptualizing campaigns to creating community-level materials, every detail must be considered, consistent, and impactful.
• Serve as the creative design lead for marketing graphics and illustrations.
• Carry out design tasks across various formats, including digital campaigns, social media content, print materials, signage, emails, and promotional items.
• Transform marketing and branding strategies into visually appealing, on-brand creative outputs.
• Provide creative direction for projects, ensuring a unified visual and storytelling strategy.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of creative projects—from initial intake and briefing through to final delivery.
• Create and uphold project timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects that adhere to the brand and align with marketing priorities.
• Review and approve creative outputs to guarantee accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Manage and sustain internal creative asset management systems, ensuring all assets are organized, accessible, and current.
• Establish and uphold standards for file naming, version control, and asset organization.
• Oversee the lifecycle of creative assets, ensuring that teams utilize the most up-to-date and approved materials.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance asset accessibility and efficiency across marketing and on-site teams.
• Work with leadership to ensure that creative initiatives are in line with broader marketing and brand strategies.
• Partner with Corporate and Community Teams to achieve creative objectives while preserving brand integrity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Background in multifamily, real estate, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation.
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
• Strong self-management abilities.
• Ability to oversee timelines and proactively advance projects to ensure timely completion.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.
• Comfort in working both autonomously and collaboratively across functions.
• A creative thinker with keen attention to detail and storytelling capabilities.
