This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Translate and implement global TRIP campaigns targeting US consumers.
• Create US-specific innovative concepts and executions across various campaigns, including OOH, activations, social media, digital platforms, and retail.
• Collaborate with US Marketing, Growth, Sales, and E-commerce teams to transform commercial goals into creative solutions.
• Identify culturally significant moments that spark attention and discussion.
• Personally craft concepts, campaign presentations, designs, and assets.
• Modify global campaign creative for US channels, retailers, and consumers.
• Uphold a high standard for visual craftsmanship.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools in daily creative tasks.
• Produce work across US retail, shopper, and e-commerce touchpoints, including POS, Amazon, and retail media.
• Assist with packaging adaptations and US product launches.
• Bring TRIP to life in the physical space through OOH, experiential events, and cultural activations.
• Collaborate with creative, production, experiential, OOH, and specialized partners throughout the US.
• Establish and nurture a network of US suppliers and creative collaborators.
• Attend shoots, press days, activations, and production days as necessary.
• Work closely with the Senior Global Creative Lead, Head of Brand, and both UK and US teams.
• Engage in global brand and creative meetings, some scheduled to align with UK working hours.
• Provide clear creative guidance, respond to feedback, and align with TRIP’s global brand direction.
• Strong design background with an impressive portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craftsmanship.
• Experience in consumer brands such as beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, food, beverages, FMCG, or DTC.
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated brand campaigns.
• Ability to transition seamlessly between concept development and hands-on execution.
• Extensive experience in retail, shopper marketing, OOH, experiential, social media, digital, or packaging.
• Deep understanding of US consumers, culture, and the broader creative landscape.
• Excellent creative judgment and an instinct for cultural relevance.
• Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, production companies, and specialized suppliers.
• Existing connections within the US creative and production community, or the ability to establish them rapidly.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Willingness to utilize AI tools in the creative process.
• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment.
• Confidence to advocate for a strong creative perspective without ego.
• Ability to collaborate with UK and US teams and participate in some UK-time-zone meetings.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for shoots, press events, and activations.
• A portfolio or website link is required with the application.
• Experience with beauty, wellness, or culturally relevant lifestyle brands is a significant advantage.
