πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the creative vision and quality standards for Flow Studio, encompassing in-product creative experiences, cinematic content, libraries, demos, showcases, and product storytelling.

β€’ Lead and nurture the Flow Studio content team by establishing priorities, guiding execution, mentoring contributors, and enhancing production capabilities.

β€’ Conceive and oversee ambitious AI filmmaking projects, including cinematic showcases, product films, and high-quality reference experiments.

β€’ Engage hands-on with cutting-edge AI image, video, performance, animation, and filmmaking tools.

β€’ Prototype innovative ideas, evaluate models and techniques, and transform experimentation into polished creative outputs.

β€’ Develop cinematic and animation libraries, camera movements, examples, templates, onboarding content, reusable scene elements, and creator-oriented product experiences.

β€’ Provide filmmaking direction, focusing on camera work, composition, lighting, performance, pacing, editing, visual treatment, and narrative development.

β€’ Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams from feature development to product launch.

β€’ Convert product capabilities into engaging creative experiences and demonstrations.

β€’ Work alongside Marketing on launches, campaigns, promotional films, social media, web content, events, scripts, storyboards, visuals, and external storytelling efforts.

β€’ Recognize emerging trends in AI, filmmaking, and social media to produce culturally relevant, internet-native content.

β€’ Establish creative standards, reusable assets, and effective production practices.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ An exceptional portfolio or reel that showcases outstanding cinematic taste, storytelling, and creative direction.

β€’ Extensive hands-on experience with AI filmmaking and contemporary generative creative tools.

β€’ Profound understanding of image, video, performance, animation, and AI production techniques.

β€’ Strong filmmaking instincts in areas such as camera work, composition, lighting, performance, pacing, editing, and visual storytelling.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and produce ambitious cinematic projects.

β€’ Solid understanding of viral, social media, and internet-native content.

β€’ Experience in creating or directing work that has achieved significant organic reach, audience engagement, or cultural impact.

β€’ Proven experience in leading creative teams and providing direct, constructive feedback.

β€’ Comfortable collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

β€’ Submission of a portfolio or reel is mandatory.

β€’ Location: Remote within the US or Canada.
