Creative Director – Producer, Direct Response

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visuals are in sync with messaging for VSLs and advertisements.

• Develop and propose innovative concepts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks aimed at maximizing conversions.

• Occasionally attend or oversee shoots to guarantee the execution of the creative vision.

• Source and oversee user-generated content (UGC) for various campaigns.

• Manage editors throughout the complete post-production process, which includes video editing, graphics, and sound.

• Offer comprehensive feedback and revisions to ensure the creation of high-quality, performance-driven content.

• Take ownership of the creative pipeline from initial brainstorming to final delivery.

• Ensure that deadlines are adhered to and assets are optimized for testing and scaling purposes.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to analyze the performance of creative content and iterate based on data insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative direction, production, or a related role within the direct response industry, particularly in health and wellness.

• Demonstrated capability to develop and implement high-performing creative concepts.

• Hands-on production experience, comfortable working alongside crews, talent, and UGC creators.

• Strong understanding of editing workflows and the ability to provide constructive feedback to editors.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; adept at managing multiple projects and engaging with various stakeholders.

• Possess creative vision and analytical thinking skills; capable of crafting compelling stories that drive sales.
