This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the ideation, creation, and implementation of integrated experiential campaigns that challenge creative limits while fulfilling client goals.
• Advocate for and advance the creative vision for projects, ensuring it aligns with brand aspirations, cultural significance, and innovative execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams of 2D designers, 3D spatial designers, motion graphic designers, and strategists through the creative journey with clarity, motivation, and decisiveness.
• Act as a senior creative partner and trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights that instill confidence throughout every project phase.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, business development, and production leaders to guarantee creative excellence and strategic coherence.
• Present concepts and campaign strategies confidently to senior client stakeholders and executive teams.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, delivering constructive feedback, promoting growth, and cultivating a collaborative culture of excellence.
• Attract and retain top creative talent while fostering an environment that prioritizes originality, inclusivity, and accountability.
• Oversee the production of all creative outputs including presentations, visual design, copy, environmental design, and video/motion content.
• Ensure all creative deliverables are cohesive, aligned with the brand, and executed to the highest standards.
• Maintain responsibility for the creative vision throughout production, actively engaging with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop a content capture plan for marketing materials. After project completion, lead the creative team in creating recaps, case studies, and sales/marketing collateral.
• Over 10 years of creative experience with a demonstrated history in experiential marketing, brand activations, and cross-platform campaigns.
• More than 4 years in a senior creative leadership position with client-facing responsibilities and team management.
• Strong proficiency in visual design, storytelling, and presentation tools (Google, Adobe CC, Figma).
• Familiarity with digital engagement tools and platforms (e.g., AR/VR, interactive content, social media integrations).
• Experience collaborating with multi-agency teams and managing external creative/production vendors.
