This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Spearhead the brainstorming, development, and implementation of integrated experiential campaigns that challenge creative limits and fulfill client goals.
β’ Advocate for and advance the creative vision of projects, ensuring they align with brand objectives, cultural significance, and innovative execution.
β’ Lead cross-functional teams consisting of 2D designers, 3D spatial designers, motion graphic designers, and strategists throughout the creative journey with clarity, inspiration, and decisiveness.
β’ Act as a senior creative partner and trusted consultant to clients, providing strategic insights and instilling confidence at every stage of a project.
β’ Work closely with strategy, business development, and production leadership to guarantee creative excellence and strategic coherence.
β’ Present concepts and campaign strategies confidently to senior client stakeholders and executive teams.
β’ Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of creatives, delivering constructive feedback, fostering their growth, and cultivating a collaborative culture of excellence.
β’ Attract top-tier creative talent and cultivate an environment that promotes originality, inclusivity, and accountability.
β’ Supervise the development of all creative outputs including presentations, visual design, copy, environmental design, and video/motion content.
β’ Ensure that all creative deliverables are cohesive, aligned with brand standards, and executed to the highest quality.
β’ Maintain ownership of the creative vision throughout the production process, collaborating actively with both internal and external partners to guarantee flawless execution.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional leads to create a content capture plan for marketing materials. After project completion, lead the creative team in developing recaps, case studies, and sales/marketing collateral.
β’ Over 10 years of creative experience with a demonstrated history in experiential marketing, brand activations, and cross-platform campaigns.
β’ More than 4 years in a senior creative leadership position with client-facing responsibilities and team management.
β’ Strong proficiency in visual design, storytelling, and presentation tools (Google, Adobe CC, Figma).
β’ Familiarity with digital engagement tools and platforms (e.g., AR/VR, interactive content, social media integrations).
β’ Experience collaborating with multi-agency teams and managing external creative/production vendors.
