This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Guiding the vision for optimal solutions and event results, including high-level estimations of hours and costs.
β’ Leveraging AI tools (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) alongside Adobe Creative Suite to produce photorealistic concept art and visualizations of the "day-in-the-life" guest journey during the proposal phase.
β’ Ensuring that every physical and digital interaction, from stage design to registration, embodies the client's brand identity.
β’ Offering innovative solutions that emphasize circularity and reduce environmental impact.
β’ Creating dynamic, cinematic presentations (using PPT, Keynote, or Gamma/Beautiful.ai) that communicate a vision, rather than just a plan.
β’ Envisioning the interplay between physical spaces and digital layers (AR, spatial computing, interactive LED).
β’ Identifying, briefing, and overseeing specialized external talent (e.g., 3D renderers, motion designers, AI artists) to carry out specific aspects of the project.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or high-end experience-driven agency settings.
β’ A maker's portfolio showcasing live or hybrid experiences you have conceived and executed, rather than merely supported. We are particularly interested in your designs of general session stages and conference themes.
β’ Strong initiative: Demonstrated capability to manage a project from initial brainstorming to onsite walkthrough independently.
β’ Proficiency in AI: Practical experience using AI tools for visual ideation, moodboarding, and narrative development, rather than just theoretical knowledge.
β’ Software expertise: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, and knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, or AI generation tools is highly advantageous.
β’ Demonstrated experience with scale: Work for Fortune 500 brands, $1M+ productions, or events with over 500 attendees.
