This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ We are in search of an innovative and seasoned Creative Director to guide our creative team.
β’ The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in creative direction, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a fervor for innovation.
β’ In the role of Creative Director, you will be tasked with overseeing the creation and implementation of creative concepts that resonate with our brand vision and marketing goals.

β’ This entails discovering additional avenues to nurture and expand clientsβ brands β as well as our business.
β’ 12+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.
β’ A minimum of two years in pharmaceutical marketing, with expertise in drug launches highly regarded.
β’ Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal constraints, and competitive landscapes.
β’ Experience working with therapeutic clients is essential.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required (or equivalent education and experience).
β’ A portfolio showcasing strategic and aesthetically pleasing work.
β’ Strong management and supervisory skills; a good sense of humor is a plus.
β’ An understanding of both creative and strategic dimensions of advertising and leadership.
