This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of the brand's creative vision and visual identity framework.
• Guide and mentor the brand design team, which currently consists of 2 designers.
• Spearhead significant creative initiatives, including campaigns, brand updates, and new product rollouts.
• Develop and uphold brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on go-to-market creative strategies.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership.
• Oversee external agencies and freelancers as necessary.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand, creative, or design positions.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating brand identity, visual systems, and creative direction.
• Proven experience in managing designers or creative teams.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels.
• Preference for candidates with experience in both agency and in-house settings.
• Excellent communicator capable of clearly articulating creative decisions.
