This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Creative Vision: Define and advance PadSplit's creative direction at every customer interaction, ensuring a cohesive and trustworthy brand experience.
• Coach The Team: Guide, mentor, and nurture designers, contractors, and agency partners while actively engaging in key creative projects.
• Drive Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop high-impact creative across paid, organic, lifecycle, email, social, and emerging channels.
• Build Operations: Create scalable creative processes, production systems, quality benchmarks, and resource management strategies that facilitate speed without compromising quality.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Work alongside Product, Engineering, Growth, Legal, and Operations to ensure that creative input is integrated early in significant projects.
• Strengthen Brand: Oversee PadSplit's visual identity, creative standards, messaging consistency, and overall brand reputation across all platforms.
• Leverage Customer Insights: Convert research, customer feedback, and performance metrics into more effective creative strategies and messaging.
• Measure Performance: Utilize creative performance metrics, experimentation, and AI-driven workflows to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and creative output.
• Creative Leadership: Minimum of 8 years leading brand, marketing, or creative teams, with at least 3 years of experience managing creative professionals.
• Player-Coach Style: Proficient in both leading teams and personally contributing to creative strategy, reviews, and implementation when necessary.
• Performance Mindset: Proven experience in creating visually outstanding work that boosts acquisition, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Background in developing scalable creative operations through systems, vendors, contractors, and repeatable processes.
• AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creative workflows for improved speed, quality, and efficiency while preserving authenticity.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative decisions with business goals, customer insights, and measurable results.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success in fostering strong relationships across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
• Mission Alignment: Passionate about leveraging creative storytelling to build trust and further PadSplit's mission of expanding affordable housing.
