Creative Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the visual and verbal transformation of Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy and Ivy Rehab for Kids.

• Architect the Rebranding: Direct the strategic vision of the Ivy Rehab identity, ensuring it embodies our vibrant and contemporary culture.

• Create and enforce detailed brand guidelines that maintain consistency across over 700 locations.

• Convert business objectives into captivating creative strategies that resonate with both patients and referral partners.

• Oversee the creation of all creative materials, including digital advertising, social media content, website UI/UX, and physical clinic collateral.

• Uphold a high standard for visual quality and modern aesthetics.

• Ensure our brand voice remains consistent, empathetic, and energetic.

• Supervise video production from concept development to final editing.

• Manage an internal creative team along with a network of external agencies and freelancers.

• Establish processes that enable the team to operate swiftly without compromising the brand integrity.

• Collaborate closely with Operations and Clinical teams to ensure that creative efforts support key business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in creative roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity (Creative Director or Associate Creative Director).

• A demonstrated history of successful brand identity launches and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and current video production processes.

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or retail/multi-site brands is a considerable advantage.

• Open to exploring AI tools and technologies.

• Outstanding presentation skills.
