This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Transform intricate infrastructure into engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with leadership, product, marketing, and sales teams to convert stablecoin and financial infrastructure ideas into stories, campaigns, and resources that appeal to builders, financial institutions, and the wider market—enhancing awareness and trust.
• Define and uphold the M0 brand identity.
• Take charge of the creative vision, voice, and visual framework for the organization.
• Guide its representation across web platforms, social media, product marketing, video content, events, sales materials, and communications with investors, in collaboration with marketing, product marketing, and external agencies.
• Advance the brand as M0 evolves from a category creator to a category leader.
• Build and manage a creative team.
• Set the rituals, briefings, and review standards essential for a creative function to consistently deliver work of the highest quality and clarity.
• Supervise the implementation of creative projects by overseeing the current design team and engaging external creative studios or agencies when required.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles, including experience in leading and managing creative teams (Creative Director, Head of Brand, or equivalent).
• A portfolio showcasing category-defining brand and narrative work, preferably including in-house experience at a high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, or financial services firm, and/or senior roles at a leading brand or advertising agency.
• Additional consideration for candidates with a background in copywriting.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various sophisticated audiences.
• Ideally possess some level of fluency in fintech, payments, blockchain, stablecoins, or other regulated financial sectors.
• Hands-on expertise across the complete creative spectrum: brand identity, art direction, copywriting, design systems, motion graphics, web development, and integrated campaigns; comfortable directing external partners (agencies, photographers, illustrators, production studios) as needed.
• Proven history of collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, legal/compliance) to deliver work that is both on-brand and aligned with messaging within regulated frameworks.
