Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Responsibilities entail assisting the Head Designer, developing custom apparel mockups, participating in clothing design, adjusting designs to various styles, and exploring new concepts during periods of downtime.

⛳️ Requirements

• Assist the Head Designer with overflow tasks and everyday design requirements across apparel, marketing materials, and other creative assets for both digital and print formats.

• Develop custom apparel mockups and respond to design requests submitted via the client’s dashboard.

• Participate in clothing and apparel design, including monthly projects and seasonal catalog development.

• Modify designs to suit different styles, brand directions, and campaign requirements for sorority and collegiate audiences.

• Generate innovative ideas based on contemporary fashion, collegiate, and lifestyle trends, and actively research and create new concepts during downtime.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / video editing.

• General knowledge of fashion.

• A portfolio showcasing experience with apparel or lifestyle brands.

• Strong initiative and awareness of trends.

• Must be self-sufficient, proactive, and able to contribute ideas.

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.

• Familiarity with Photoshop as a secondary core tool.

• Must have an understanding of U.S. sorority and collegiate culture, as well as current fashion trends. A strong cultural and brand alignment is essential.

• Industry/Tools Experience: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
