• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership.
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams and raising creative standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows.
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder communication.
• Background in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
• Experience in building or localizing brands specifically for the UK market.
