• Take charge of BJAK’s brand identity within the UK across all platforms.

• Create a UK-centric brand narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market dynamics.

• Transform UK marketing and business goals into engaging visuals and messaging.

• Design innovative concepts and campaigns that enhance awareness, trust, and growth in the UK.

• Maintain brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and other UK channels.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary creative team in the UK.

• Establish a high standard for creativity, execution quality, and speed.

• Review and authorize creative outputs to ensure they align with the UK brand strategy.

• Cultivate a culture of high ownership, collaboration, and execution within the team.

• Develop and oversee creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams.

• Utilize data and performance insights to iterate, enhance, and expand creative work.

• Keep abreast of UK market, consumer, and creative trends to maintain brand relevance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership.

• A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy.

• Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams and raising creative standards.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows.

• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder communication.

• Background in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.

• Experience in building or localizing brands specifically for the UK market.
