CQC Registration Consultant – Self-Employed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee registration projects from the initial consultation stage to submission.

• Assist providers with applications for Provider, Location, and Registered Manager.

• Draft and evaluate Statements of Purpose.

• Generate registration documentation and accompanying evidence.

• Assess policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide guidance to clients regarding CQC expectations and best practices for registration.

• Conduct assessments to determine registration readiness.

• Prepare candidates for registration interviews and fit person evaluations.

• Manage timelines for projects and track application progress.

• Maintain regular communication and updates for clients.

• Assist providers in planning for compliance after registration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of achieving successful CQC registrations in one or more regulated activities.

• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and registration criteria.

• Experience in drafting Statements of Purpose and registration documents.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• A professional, consultative, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and client interactions.

• Enhanced DBS Certificate is required.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager is highly desirable.

• Previous experience as a Nominated Individual is highly desirable.

• Operations Management experience is highly desirable.

• Experience in Quality & Compliance Management is highly desirable.

• Experience supporting providers during registration interviews is highly desirable.

• Background in Domiciliary Care, Supported Living, Residential Care, or Nursing Care services is highly desirable.

• Experience managing multiple registration projects at the same time is highly desirable.
