• Implement AI technologies to improve and streamline business operations.

• Conduct quarterly Power Circuit reviews — identify growth limitations across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, with a specific focus on the interaction between the client's retail and DTC performance.
• Maintain the senior client relationship; QBRs should facilitate decision-making, not merely report historical data.
• Develop multi-threaded relationships to ensure that the departure of any single point of contact does not jeopardize the account.
• Provide consultation on channel mix for DTC, Amazon, and retail — comprehend how they may cannibalize or support one another and offer recommendations.
• Align paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams towards a unified account strategy.
• Oversee retention and expansion efforts; lead renewals; increase MRR within your portfolio.
• Foster multi-threaded relationships with various levels of client contacts to mitigate risks associated with losing a single point of contact.
• Engage with Iris and Nova on a daily basis; identify issues before they are raised by clients.
• Manage and mentor 1–2 direct reports — conduct regular 1:1 meetings, create development plans, and oversee their performance evaluations.
• Guide analysts and specialists; provide specific, timely feedback.
• Maintain a 100% cadence in Pulse.
• 6+ years of experience in CPG marketing, preferably with both DTC and retail brand exposure.
• Understand how Amazon integrates into a CPG growth strategy — share of search, ASIN architecture, buy box, sponsored versus organic balance.
• Familiar with the retailer relationship aspect: how partners like Target, Ulta, Sephora, and Whole Foods influence media investment choices.
• Possess an informed opinion on CPG measurement — MMM, incrementality testing, in-store versus digital attribution.
• Proficient in upper-funnel channel strategy — content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic advertising.
• At ease with accounts that are creative-heavy, where briefs, asset velocity, and influencer strategy are as crucial as media optimization.
• Proven track record in retaining and expanding accounts.
• Experienced in managing senior clients who have strong brand perspectives and require confident engagement.
