CPA, Certified Public Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports in adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant standards.

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

• Facilitate and coordinate both internal and external audits.

• Manage activities related to tax compliance.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.

• Identify potential financial risks and inefficiencies.

• Aid in the development, implementation, and oversight of internal controls and accounting policies.

• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, legal, and executive leadership.

• Manage transactions across multiple entities and currencies.

• Mentor and review the work of junior accounting personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• CPA certification is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems, such as MS Dynamics and Netsuite.

• Strong skills in MS Excel are essential.

• Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and audit support is required.
