This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Assist with essential Epic MRT testing processes

• Oversee testing, validation, and troubleshooting of laboratory medical device integrations for Epic Beaker and Epic MRT projects

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Data Innovations Instrument Manager (DI) interfaces

• Work collaboratively with laboratory operations, Epic Beaker teams, application analysts, and technical personnel

• Perform and support integration, workflow, and comprehensive testing activities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to connectivity, mapping, and result transmission

• Certification in Epic Beaker CP

• Experience with Data Innovations is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related Health Care field, or equivalent experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience as an Information Systems analyst

• Strong analytical and technical competencies

• Capability to handle multiple projects and issues simultaneously
