Coverage and Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate trade credit insurance agreements, reported claims, and assigned cases.

• Ascertain applicable coverage amounts in line with contractual obligations.

• Articulate decisions to insured parties through clear, relevant, and personalized communication.

• Perform thorough investigations into contractual matters and meticulously interpret coverage provisions.

• Review contested cases.

• Evaluate implications and identify scenarios that necessitate arbitration or input from the Sales Department.

• Develop supporting arguments and draft replies for insured parties, brokers, or partners.

• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of contractual clauses.

• Ensure that clauses are comprehended and effectively applied operationally.

• Suggest simplifications, optimizations, and safeguards for internal processes.

• Participate in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and participate in internal presentations.

• Engage in webinars aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, Collections, and Claims teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (M2) from a business school or university.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

• Enjoy collaborating as part of a team.

• Ability to step back from complex situations and formulate well-supported conclusions.

• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and independence in decision-making.

• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.

• Basic knowledge of commonly used AI platforms, along with an understanding of AI-related best practices and challenges in a professional setting.
