• Perform research utilizing both internal and external resources

• Deliver clear, concise, accurate, timely, and comprehensive information to both internal and external customers

• Implement established standards throughout the order management process

• Serve as an advocate for customers by communicating feedback and addressing issues

• Collaborate effectively within the organization and work harmoniously in a team setting
