Court Research Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform research utilizing both internal and external resources

• Deliver clear, concise, accurate, timely, and comprehensive information to both internal and external clients

• Implement established standards throughout the order management process

• Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback and resolving issues

• Collaborate effectively across the organization and work cooperatively within a team setting

• Oversee expert witness search requests

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Strong skills in customer service and relationship development

• Relevant work experience in law, legal research, customer support, or a related area
