Course Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for daily course setup in Salesforce, ensuring that client profiles are accurate within intricate, multi-tiered purchase and pricing frameworks.

• Serve as the primary contact for university bookstores and third-party resellers, overseeing workflows and resolving fulfillment-related inquiries.

• Establish and manage access across various third-party reseller platforms to guarantee inventory availability and precise distribution.

• Coordinate changes in inventory and products when pricing or product updates occur, ensuring external partners transition to active codes while phasing out obsolete assets.

• Anticipate and proactively inform external partners about changes ahead of seasonal semesters to mitigate order disruptions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold clear workflows, deadlines, and transitions between Salesforce course setup and external fulfillment.

• Document and enhance operational workflows to minimize manual errors as we expand, while supporting repeatable execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Fulfillment, or similarly detail-oriented process-driven roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort in navigating multi-step operational processes.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Higher Education operations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with course operations, reseller fulfillment, access code management, or billing workflows.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems.

• Understanding of seasonal product cycles and partner-facing operational processes.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional collaboration between departments.

• Direct experience with university bookstores or institutional programs (such as Inclusive or Equitable Access) is a significant advantage.
