Coupa Catalog Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the upload, validation, and publication of supplier catalogs within Coupa.

• Examine catalog files to ensure they are complete and compliant.

• Verify supplier details, item descriptions, pricing, and units of measure.

• Aid in the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of punchout catalogs.

• Address and resolve catalog-related issues.

• Offer guidance to end-users regarding catalog usage.

• Coordinate corrections and updates from suppliers.

• Support testing for quarterly releases.

• Track and report on catalog activity.

• Collaborate with Procurement, suppliers, and support teams.

• Manage, maintain, validate, and enhance supplier and punchout catalogs within the Coupa procurement platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with Coupa.

• Knowledge of catalog management.

• Skills in data validation.

• Understanding of punchout catalogs.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
