This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversees and coordinates Clinical Management operations, providing guidance to managers in their daily tasks and responsibilities related to clinical deliverables.

• Guarantees the timely execution of clinical deliverables with an emphasis on quality. In instances requiring it, formulates and drives specific and overarching project or program strategies to ensure optimal performance and the fulfillment of annual objectives and targets.

• Manages the resource levels for clinical management, including recruitment and promotions, as necessary.

• Engages in resource discussions and ensures teams are equipped with sufficient numbers of suitably qualified personnel.

• Oversees the comprehensive budgeting activities for the assigned group(s), including both annual and long-term forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences-related discipline.

• Extensive clinical research experience (equivalent to 10+ years), encompassing both remote and on-site monitoring, as well as involvement in all phases of the study life cycle, including initiation, interim, and closure.

• Experience in line management appropriate to the scale and complexity of the clinical management team within the designated country or region.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Valid Passport.

• Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
