This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.
• Ensure that the company's objectives and goals are in sync with local market dynamics, customer requirements, and the regulatory landscape.
• Perform market analyses and provide insights on customer acquisition and product development.
• Formulate and implement the operational strategy tailored for the market.
• Build robust networks with banking institutions and payment service providers (PSPs).
• Submit applications for bank accounts with reputable banks and acquiring PSPs for seamless integration with the company.
• Sustain business relationships with financial institutions and payment service providers.
• Drive the company's revenue by securing high-value commercial clients for B2B and commercial transactions.
• Work alongside the legal team to ensure compliance with regulations and licensing in the market.
• Maintain professional connections with regulators and pertinent government bodies.
• Supervise daily business operations within the market.
• Carry out quarterly app testing and assess app performance.
• Identify and address market issues and report findings to the VP of operations.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership or management positions.
• A foundational understanding of the crypto, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Exceptional leadership and general management capabilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Proficient research, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Highly adaptable, flexible, and resilient in changing environments.
