This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead sales growth by providing effective leadership, strategic organizational planning, exceptional customer service, and flawless execution of all regional go-to-market initiatives, including sales, customer success, solutions engineering, business development, support, and field marketing.
• Act as the primary contact for all functions within SAARC, collaborating with Product and Engineering as needed.
• Enhance and manage the local hiring requirements for SAARC by partnering with global functional leadership and recruitment resources. Ensure proper leadership development and succession planning is established across all teams, which encompasses hiring and work authorization processes, maintaining relations with the Economic Development Board, and fulfilling additional responsibilities to keep local teams productive and compliant with local regulations.
• Create, implement, and execute strategies for SAARC in partnership with regional and global functional leaders.
• Serve as the sole point of contact for all operational issues within SAARC, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of concerns.
• Guarantee that corporate policies and regulatory initiatives are consistently adhered to by team members in SAARC.
• Exemplify outstanding leadership by fostering interpersonal effectiveness to motivate teams, nurture talent, and drive change. Be both a proactive "doer" and an influential leader.
• Facilitate business cadence for various meetings, including forecast calls, functional reviews, deal assessments, customer account evaluations, weekly team gatherings, and periodic company-wide kickoffs.
• Represent Cloudflare at relevant external conferences, media engagements, and PR events. Sustain relationships with the Economic Bureau of Development and other relevant associations in SAARC.
• At least 10 years of pertinent Sales Management Channel experience, ideally within the SaaS/Cloud and software platform sectors or similar industries.
• Extensive experience and connections within the SaaS/Cloud community in SAARC, with a proven ability to establish, build, and nurture strong relationships.
• A sales-oriented leader focused on driving rapid change and growth.
• Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, capable of developing working relationships at all management levels, both internally and externally at Cloudflare.
• Proficient in defining, developing, and leading channel programs in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment.
• Outstanding presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; an effective influencer.
• Inquisitive, empathetic, and a quick learner who excels in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment.
