This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Revenue Advancement: Achieve an overarching revenue target and create sustainable revenue channels.
β’ Market Expansion: Design and implement go-to-market strategies, utilizing direct interactions, channel partnerships, and customer renewals to foster business growth.
β’ Strategic Development: Formulate a distinct regional growth plan that emphasizes market penetration, customer acquisition, and long-term scalability.
β’ Industry Leadership: Act as a representative of Canary Technologies as a reliable industry authority at conferences, events, and networking occasions to enhance the brand and boost regional visibility.
β’ Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to synchronize regional objectives with company goals and guarantee smooth execution.
β’ Team Development: Attract, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team to drive regional expansion. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
β’ Prospecting & Engagement: Identify and connect with target accounts through various channels, including email, phone, social media, direct mail, and face-to-face meetings.
β’ Sales Process Development: Create and enhance an outbound sales process that can be scaled throughout the region.
β’ Pipeline Oversight: Utilize Salesforce and other tools for effective lead management, sales forecasting, and performance analytics.
β’ Comprehensive sales management experience.
β’ Over 8 years in a closing sales position, demonstrating success in achieving or surpassing targets.
β’ Previous experience selling hospitality software or solutions within the B2B SaaS sector.
β’ Proven history of launching new markets or establishing business operations from the ground up.
β’ Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for building and guiding teams efficiently.
β’ Highly driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic, remote setting.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the local business landscape, accompanied by robust communication and relationship-building skills.
