Counseling Specialist – Term of Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Respond to phone calls and web inquiries for the Counseling Department

• Assist with Counseling Department initiatives and projects

• Process High School Transcripts, including course entry for newly enrolling students, dual enrolled students, and summer school participants

• Manage course scheduling for new enrolling high school students

• Input data into our online student information management system

• Create reports and handle Transcript requests

• Support College and Career initiatives through outreach to students and families

• Provide assistance to Parents, Students, and School Personnel

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience with school-aged students

• Proficient technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
