This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Professional guidance and support for our household assistants – aiding our team in day-to-day operations.

• Conducting initial conversations with clients and their families – for professional assessment and clarification of needs.

• Providing psychosocial support – serving as a knowledgeable contact person in challenging situations during daily work.

• Facilitating case and team meetings – ensuring effective collaboration.

• Conducting training sessions and professional development – for the growth of our staff.

• Contributing to quality assurance and documentation in accordance with § 45a SGB XI and HmbPEVO – to comply with legal requirements.

• Flexible execution – possible in-person, by phone, or digitally. Exclusively digital work is not planned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a healthcare professional (e.g., social worker, special educator, doctor, B.A. in social work, nurse, health and nursing professional, elderly care nurse, pediatric nurse, or disability support worker).

• Professional experience in the healthcare or nursing field – confident in guidance, counseling, and professional exchange.

• Quality awareness – focus on professional standards and quality assurance.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and structured working approach.

• Excellent command of the German language in both spoken and written forms (at least C1).
