Virtual Mental Health Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for creating treatment plans, conducting assessments, maintaining proper documentation of clinical progress, and implementing evidence-based therapy techniques.

• Facilitate group sessions and lead educational workshops.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical team.

• Develop and present psychoeducational webinars and workshops.

• Work in partnership with other behavioral health and medical professionals to ensure integrated continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a license in Indiana and Illinois; licenses from Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin are preferred.

• Capability to acquire additional licenses (company reimbursed).

• Must possess at least a Master's level qualification as a licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required or must obtain certification upon hire.

• Required experience in providing counseling and mental health services.

• Preferred experience of 2 or more years working as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.

• Preferred background in utilizing evidence-based treatment for various behavioral health disorders.

• Preferred expertise in behavioral interventions, critical incident management, and case management.
