Cosmetic Beauty Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Contributing positively to the sales volume of individual in-house and point of sale engagements.

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm, assess their needs, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and recommend products by adhering to our service and selling strategies.

• Accountable for upholding the merchandising concepts of the cosmetic line.

• This encompasses maintaining cleanliness and organization standards within the store, including gondolas, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers.

• Engage in the daily operations of the cosmetic line, including animations and in-store events.

• Actively seek additional product knowledge and artistry techniques as necessary.

• Attend store meetings and training seminars as required.

• Attract new clients by quickly engaging them.

• Deliver an exceptional experience for all clients through high-touch service.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• One year of makeup sales or makeup artist experience preferred.

• Energetic individual comfortable approaching and conversing with store customers.

• Enjoyment in positively persuading individuals.

• Strong sales skills.

• Goal-oriented.

• Fun and outgoing personality.

• Ability to perform basic beauty makeup.

• Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Capability to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods as needed.

• Physical ability to stand for prolonged durations.
