Cosmetic Beauty Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the internal marketing, advertising, and sales of cosmetic products.

• Gaining in-depth knowledge about the history of the products and companies and conveying this information to customers.

• Organizing and designing essential displays in designated areas.

• Engaging in significant point of sale interaction with the end customer.

• Effectively contributing to the sales volume through individual in-house and point of sale participation.

• Welcoming all customers with enthusiasm, assessing their needs, delivering friendly and informed service, and recommending products.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred experience of 1 year in make-up sales or as a make-up artist.

• Energetic individual comfortable with approaching and conversing with store customers.

• Enjoys positively influencing others.

• Possesses strong sales skills.

• Goal-driven.

• Fun-loving and outgoing personality.

• Capability to perform basic beauty make-up.

• Willingness to work a full-time schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods as required.

• Physical ability to stand for prolonged durations.

• Good vision.

• Color perception skills.

• Lifting capacity of up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to travel.
