Corrections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Payroll Corrections Queue

• Address client expectations and inquiries via Service Cloud

• Conduct audits, troubleshoot, and research corrections

• Evaluate incoming correction requests and implement system modifications

• Offer assistance to clients and internal teams

• Process voids and adjustments, and generate YTD entries as needed

• Audit and reconcile corrections before amendment processing

• Oversee the collection and refund of tax corrections

• Administer all Third Party Sick Pay

• Ensure oversight of the payroll corrections process

• In-depth knowledge of payroll taxes

• Familiarity with payroll tax return filing requirements

• Knowledge of Third Party Access regulations

• Must successfully complete a background check

• Must successfully complete a credit check
